The ABC Lifesavers Casualty Scene Management Course has been developed to provide first aiders with the skills, knowledge and confidence required to manage accidents involving casualties until the arrival of the Emergency Services.  

This hands-on course covers the following topics; Scene Safety, Contacting the Emergency Services, Casualty Management, Casualty Triage, Primary and Secondary  Survey, Head to Toe Examination, Vital Signs Assessment.

This course can be delivered/assessed in the workplace or at facility organised by the training provider.

This course provides participants with the fundamental knowledge and practical skills required to accurately assess and interpret a casualty’s vital signs in emergency situations. Understanding vital signs is critical for anyone involved in first aid, paramedicine, or healthcare, as they offer key insights into a person’s overall condition and can guide urgent decision-making.
